Cancellation Policy: Conference registrations are refundable with 30 days advance notice – please contact us by email if you have to cancel. In the event that a registrant is unable to attend the conference after that point, a substitute registrant may be provided in lieu of the original registration, prior to the start of the conference. Registrants may also transfer their registration to a future event or receive a credit with the event organizer, Agility, LLC, to be used on future events or consulting services. All requests for refunds or transfers must be made in writing to the event organizer. Cash refunds will not be granted for any cancellations made within 30 days of the start of the conference.
